Refund & Return Policy | The AYA Brand

At The AYA Brand, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are more than happy to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure items are unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with receipt included.
-Certain items such as custom products and promotional sale items are exempt from returns.
Process for Returns
1. Contact our Customer Service at contact@ayabrandofficial.com to initiate your return.
2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label.
3. Return the item using the shipping label provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will update you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange
- If you need a different size OR color, please initiate an exchange by contacting our customer service.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and should be requested within the 7 day return period.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement.
